Baby, it's still cold outside.........

Our school district has already announced that

SCHOOL IS CLOSED AGAIN TOMORROW

due to "extreme weather conditions".

It is just so cold outside......

but, that doesn't stop the Schumacher Kids from

wanting to play outside!

(I tell them 5 minutes at a time)

WHOO-HOO!!!

We hope everyone is able

to stay safe and warm through this big storm!!!

Baby, It's Cold Outside.....

Almost all of the Denver Area School Districts

closed their doors today for

"EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS"

It isn't even supposed to reach zero degrees today......

We have had a super mild winter until yesterday!

Not much snow, but it is FREEZING!!!!!!

It's always fun to have the kids home!

They don't seem to understand why they can't

play outside though..... When I finally gave in,

they lasted about 3 whole minutes!

I know all of my family and friends in the Midwest

are getting pounded by a blizzard....

Gracie's "COLORADO" show at School - - -

Gracie has been learning all about the wonderful state of Colorado in her 4th grade classroom!

Last week, they entertained the rest of the school and all of their families with a wonderful little "COLORADO" program. It was a fantastic little performance filled with songs, dances, and the recorder!

After the show, we went to her homeroom to see what she has been working on. Every child picked a famous person from Colorado History. Not only did they complete a little research paper on this person, but she also had to do a little power point presentation.... it was amazing!

We are so proud of our BIG girl,

it's so cool to see all of these things that she knows how to do!

(we were way in the back.... so sorry about the picture/video quality, it's still adorable though)

Western Days at School.....

Maybe it's because we live in Colorado.....

Both schools had "Western Day" at school

and the kids were supposed to dress up!

Jack was too cute in his little chaps ;0)

The girls got dolled up as well.....

New Bedding for the Girl-Girls!!!!

We let the girls both pick out New Bedding for their New Rooms!!!

Grace decided to go with blues & greens!

and Norah went more with "pink"(Big Surprise)!

Room Changes - - -

Since Jack has already moved downstairs to his new room,

the big switch happened and we just wanted to share some pics ;-)

Gracie is SOOOO happy to have her own room, Norah not so much.......

Since the switch, Norah has not slept in her room once.......

she either sleeps in G's room or in J's room downstairs!

Too funny........
