Ready for Philly!!!

We can't wait for some "COUSIN FUN" in Philadelphia!!!

We are so excited about this little family trip! We leave tomorrow morning and will be in Philadelphia until next Tuesday! It's going to be so much fun to celebrate Easter with the Grimes Family again!!! To make things even better, Nani & Poppi will join everyone on Sunday!!!

Our Neighborhood Spring Egg Hunt

Every year, our little neighborhood puts on a cute little spring egg hunt!!!

The kids always have such a blast!

It finally seems like it's coming......

Our Crazy Colorado Weather.....

It's March 24th and we are in the midst of a HUGE spring snowstorm,

probably one of the biggest snowfalls of the year so far.....

School was officially cancelled last night around 8:30 and

I couldn't be happier that I don't have to drive in this mess!

Let me give you a run-down of the CRAZY weather we have been having......

*A week ago today, the kids were on "spring-break" and I took them to the zoo for some fun in the sun. It was 70 and gorgeous ;0)

*Last Thursday was somewhere in the 60's, VERY nice!

*On Friday, we received a measurable amount of snow. I had a couple site-tours scheduled for Saturday that I had to cancel.....

*Saturday was cool, but the snow had stopped ;0)

*Sunday was GORGEOUS again.... we went and got some great turns at A-Basin. The snow was some of the best we have had all season and I just LOVE spring skiing!

*Monday was gorgeous again, somewhere in the mid-60's. All of the snow from Friday's storm was gone and the kids were riding their bikes, playing outside, etc......

*Tuesday started off really beautiful. I had heard that the weather was supposed to turn, but I was really beginning to think the forecast was wrong. In fact, I went to red-rocks to run and climb the stairs around noon and it was still nice. After I was done running, I ran to the mall to run a couple errands. When I came out of the mall at 2:30, it was COLD and the skies were getting ready to do something. As I picked up the kids around 3, it started raining and quickly changed to snow!

*Today is VERY snowy. It seems like the snow is starting to die down now..... but we'll see!

Grace has finally lost 2 more teeth....

this brings her total to 6!!!

It is kind of funny to look at 2 big gaps in her mouth,

totally makes me think of a carved pumpkin!
